We recently had the pleasure of working on a unique custom request for a discontinued product that many parents will remember — the Shanti cot. With original parts no longer available, a customer came to us hoping to extend the life of their cot rather than replace it entirely. We were more than happy to help. Using our precision 3D design and printing tools, we’ve recreated a crucial component of the cot — the top rail part that connects directly to the drop catches. To ensure a perfect fit and full functionality, we also produced left and right drop catches to match.

This is a great example of how custom parts can breathe new life into cherished or high-quality items that have otherwise been made obsolete. We love projects like this — not only do they help reduce waste, but they also preserve items with sentimental or practical value. If you have something similar that needs reviving, whether it’s a cot, tool, furniture piece, or any other everyday item — get in touch! We’re always up for a new challenge.👉 Contact us here to start your own custom project.
